Hikaru no Go totally just blindsided me. I mean, I'd read some of the manga when it was first published in Shonen Jump US, and didn't think much of it. But now, having read Death Note, and looking for more of Obata-san's works, I thought it wouldn't hurt me to take a second look. I mean, Obata could draw anything and make it look interesting.
